Cloud computing giant AWS is not content to settle in 2019. Amazon has announced it will improve its cloud efficiency by deploying an ARM-based Graviton processor. This change in technology will deliver faster performance and provide Amazon with a performance-per-dollar advantage over other cloud competitors. The OTT space has been abuzz with news of Apple’s upcoming streaming video service. Apple just dropped some hints about its distribution–and it seems much of it will live outside of the Apple device ecosystem. Apple has partnered with Samsung to be able to put iTunes on Samsung Smart TVs, thereby expanding its potential audience for its streaming service.
